Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Alza Services LLC ("Alza," "we," "us") is a Texas company that builds AI-assisted automations for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
The short version
- We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising cookies.
- We collect information only when you book a call with us.
- We use it to prepare for and follow up on that call.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you visit alzallc.com. We use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand our site traffic. It uses cookies to collect usage data, such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser. We use this data only to understand how people use our site. We do not use Google's advertising features. Google processes this data as described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We keep it for 14 months. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser. Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may record technical data such as your IP address in its server logs for security and operations. We do not receive or use those logs.
When you book a call. Our booking link takes you to Cal.com, a scheduling service. The booking form asks for:
- your name and email address
- your business type
- your yearly revenue range
- the task that takes the most time each week
- when you want it fixed
When you email us or meet with us. We keep the messages you send and the notes we take during the call.
Email links. When we email you, some links pass through a short redirect on go.alzallc.com so we can see whether a link was clicked. We record the link, the date and time, and whether the click likely came from an automated email security scanner. We do not record your IP address or set cookies, and we do not sell or share this information. We use it only to follow up at a sensible time. If you would rather we not track links in our emails to you, reply and tell us, and we will send plain links from then on.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information such as health details, government ID numbers or payment card numbers. Please do not include them in the booking form or in email.
How we use your information
We use it to:
- confirm and run your call
- understand your business before we meet, so the call is useful
- follow up about the services you asked about
- keep a simple record of our conversations with you
We do not use it for anything unrelated to these purposes, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
AI-assisted processing
We are a small team, and we use AI assistant tools to help us work. These tools may help us read and summarize your booking details and emails, draft replies, and keep our records organized. A person at Alza reviews and sends every message to you. Your booking data is not used to train AI models, and we do not sell it to AI providers.
Where your information is stored
- Cal.com holds your booking and sends the confirmation.
- Google (Gmail and Google Meet) delivers our email and hosts the video call.
- Google Analytics measures website traffic, as described above.
- Our customer records are kept in a private database on a company computer, not in a shared online system.
- AI assistant providers process information when we use their tools, as described above.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is needed for the service it provides.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We disclose it only to the service providers listed above, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking information for 1 year from our last contact with you, and then we delete it. You may ask us to delete it sooner, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- give you a copy of it

Email from us
If we send you marketing email in the future, every message will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor your request within 10 business days.

We protect your information with access controls, account two-factor authentication, and restricted file permissions on the computer that stores our records. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we limit who and what can reach your data.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell people we are actively working with.
